Glycemic Index Reference Chart

I’m certainly not an expert, but I’m learning.

Here is a Glycemic Index Reference Chart to download free. It contains links to The University of Sydney GI Library, so you can get more information direct from the researchers.

Hi,——My name is Lori and I am 44 years old. My whole life I have been a thin person until 15 years ago when my son was born. I am now 5′7″ tall and weigh 180 lbs. Thats a lot considering I only weighed 130lbs so few years ago. I have heard so much about the GI, and the weight loss plans that I would like to give it a try, but who has money to join those programs? I sure don’t. So, I thought I would research it on my own and give it a try. HELP!!!
