Do You Want To Be Like Angelina Jolie?

Well I guess a lot of us would like to be Angelina, on some level anyway. Wealth, beauty, power, respect, philanthropy, Brad Pitt, you get the picture.

Well you can, in a small way at least. You can find a way of helping those less fortunate than yourself. The problem has been that sponsoring a child (with the natural emotional attachment you then feel) has probably been the only way. Then if problems arise in your own life you cannot stop the contributions. Then the other problem is that you’re financially limited to only sponsoring one or two children. In the end you feel powerless.

Can these obstacles be overcome? YES there is a way, with a new way of funding which includes a supporter rebate program. Over time this creates a self-sustaining donation and actually an increasing donation (without more money actually coming out of your own pocket).

Is it real? Yes, it is. Please find out more for yourself. Go to http://www.whhf.org/helpingkids and be sure to watch the 7 minute video and check out the Supporter Rebate Program.

Helping Kids

A couple of nights ago we met up with the International Coordinator of the charitable organization we support.

It’s an eye opening experience. We saw the reality in which a very large percentage of the world live every day. Anyone with a solid roof over their heads and regular healthy food to eat is incredibly fortunate. And we take it for granted.

If you, like me, have felt powerless to help there IS a way - go to www.whhf.org/helpingkids and check out the Supporter Rebate Program - it’s a way of creating a self-sustaining donation to a worthy organization with a very “hands-on” attitude to helping others. Currently they are supporting 4 orphanages in Kenya (where things have become even more difficult with unrest following their recent election).

Here is an excerpt from the latest report from the WHHF African Coordinator, Peter Hewitt:
“We spent some time today distributing food to aids sufferers. Some of them have up to 10 extra people in their little homes because of all the trouble, some with up to 15 extras. Most range from 5 to 10 extras. This of course places a huge burden on the family. The protocol is a fairly simple; the 275 families involved have at least one HIV positive family member.
Because we have moved so many people out of this one camp it is ready to be closed down. But the remaining families have no where to go so we are working with other agencies to find alternative accommodation for them.
Our counselling team has been doing a wonderful job, especially with the women and children in the camp; here is a lovely thank you letter from one of the mothers we relocated recently faithfully copied down by one of our counsellors:
“My name is Rophi Achieng I am HIV positive and a widow with 2 children. After the voting we were badly beaten and our little home burned to the ground, we had only small belongings, but these were all destroyed or stolen. We were very sick and weak but found our way to the displacement camp at Nakuru where we were greatly helped by

whhf refugee camp

nice people working with WHHF, they really saved our lives and when we were well again they helped us to travel back to our original area called Busia. My children and I are now very happy with our friends and relatives and parents, we are extremely thankful to WHHF.”

This is just one of many, many stories that could be told, the thanks ultimately belong to our Supporters. Will you please be sure to convey thanks from all the team here in Kenya and from everyone we have helped?”

Have you always wanted to help but not sure what you can possibly do to make a difference? You can now make a BIG difference, together with the whhf (World Health & Humanitarian Foundation).
Remember the whhf can ‘Help You to Help Others’, including help you financially! To learn more please visit the website www.whhf.org/helpingkids and click on all the menu items, you might find the 7 Minute Video and Supporter Rebate Program especially interesting.
This life saving work may even change your life and certainly the lives of many people in need.
If you like what you see and want to help, why not join us today, you’ll be so glad you did, and so will many thousands of people who need our help. Please let me know what you think of our life saving program.
Take care,

Something Special

Be part of something special. Something you’ll be proud to share with your family and friends.

How often have we seen distressing images of starving children on TV and felt powerless and upset because our own financial situation prevented us from helping out?

Now there is an answer to your dilemma.

Introducing the World Health Humanitarian Foundation (WHHF) - an organization giving starving, destitute children a future. Be part of helping the miraculous transformation from desperately hungry children to well-fed and smiling ones.

The WHHF have designed a unique fund raising concept to allow you to sustain your ability to give by participating in their Supporter Rebate Program. The Supporter Rebate Program provides a win/win system to both multiply your ability to give while at the same time earning a rebate when you refer other Supporters.

The old adage “the more you give, the more you get” has never been more true.

We urge you to find out more.
